Eurozone rescue plan faces delay

European leaders gather in Brussels on Wednesday for emergency talks on the financial crisis gripping the eurozone, but a vital finance ministers' meeting has been postponed.

The delay means that while Wednesday's summit could produce basic principles for a eurozone rescue package, more specific measures will not be agreed until later
