Turkey PM admits quake aid errors
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has admitted there have been failures in the distribution of aid supplies during the first 24 hours after Sunday's earthquake.
His words came as the Turkish Red Crescent said 17 lorries carrying aid for earthquake victims had been looted, with survivors in the city of Van raiding a convoy for food and blankets.
