Italy's Democratic Party on who might replace Berlusconi

With Silvio Berlusconi's resignation as prime minister apparently imminent there is much speculation about who will take over.

The BBC's Karin Gianonne has been speaking to Enrico Letta, the deputy leader of the main opposition party, the Democratic Party.

She put it to him that many regard Italy as being on the edge of a precipice.
