Eurozone crunch time as EU heads meets in Brussels
EU leaders are preparing for a key summit in Brussels, where they will be trying to clinch a deal on how to tackle the eurozone debt crisis.
The key proposal on the agenda in the Belgian capital is how to enforce budgetary discipline, with suggestions that there should be automatic penalties for eurozone nations that overspend.
But how much power should the EU have over its member nations' finances?
