How are foreign media reporting UK's eurozone decision?

David Cameron has used Britian's veto in Europe for the first time by blocking an EU treaty on closer financial ties in the eurozone.

The Prime Minister said he could not sign up to it because it was not in Britain's interests: he had wanted an opt-out for London's financial institutions.

Benedicte Paviot from France 24 and Mario Villar from the Spanish newswire EFE told Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire how they were reporting Cameron's veto.
