Thousands march through Valencia in cuts protest

Thousands of young people in Valencia, Spain have marched against austerity measures, many angry about cuts to education budgets.

Protests were also held in Paris, Athens, Lisbon and Brussels.

The demonstrations come ahead of a European Union summit on Thursday aimed at boosting economic growth and tightening fiscal discipline.

The BBC's Tom Burridge reports from Valencia.
