Bereaved 'upset by Anders Breivik's salutes in court'
Anders Breivik, who admits killing 77 people in Norway, began his trial with a closed-fist salute.
His salutes have distressed the bereaved and survivors of the attacks.
In a news briefing at the end of day three of the trial, legal representatives for the bereaved and survivors said they found his Nazi-style salute upsetting.
They have asked defence counsel to tell Breivik they wish him to stop his salutes.
