Breivik's defence lawyer tells him not to salute

Anders Behring Breivik has told his trial in the Norwegian capital, Oslo, that he had originally planned to carry out even bigger attacks before killing 77 people last summer.

The court heard how he spent hours on computer games, rehearsing scenarios.

Arriving in court on day four of his trial, Breivik made no far-right salute, unlike previous days.

At a press conference his lawyer, Geir Lippestad, said he had asked him not to salute.
