Ukraine blasts injure at least 27

At least 27 people, nine of them children, have been injured by four explosions within an hour in the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipropetrovsk.

Ukrainian authorities have called the explosions acts of terrorism but so far there is no known motive and no one has stepped forward to claim responsibility.

David Stern reports from Kiev.
