Can these Paralympians inspire disabled people in Georgia?

This year two Georgians - Nika Tvauri and Shota Omarashvili - will be representing their country in swimming and weightlifting respectively at the 2012 London Paralympics.

Georgia first participated in the Paralympic Games in Beijing in 2008, sending only one disabled athlete.

The Georgian Paralympic Committee has described this year's increased participation as a cause for celebration.

But some say Georgia's poor history at the Paralympic Games shows that sports for disabled people are not given enough attention in Georgia.

Tom Santorelli reports.
