Spain floods: British hotel owner talks of devastation

At least eight people have died after heavy rains triggered flash floods in southern Spain, officials have said.

Caroline Zartash-Lloyd runs a small hotel in the Alora area of Malaga which has been affected by the floods.

She told the BBC that an elderly woman had been washed away during a rescue attempt.

The hardest hit areas were the provinces of Malaga and Almeria, and the Murcia region.
