Congolese war crimes suspect appears before the ICC
Congolese war crimes suspect Bosco Ntaganda declared his innocence before International Criminal Court judges in the Hague on Tuesday, after his surprise surrender a week ago to the US embassy in Rwanda.
He is accused of murder, rape and using child soldiers in the Ituri region of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
