Italy's L'Aquila marks fourth earthquake anniversary
L'Aquila in central Italy is commemorating the fourth anniversary of the devastating earthquake which left 309 people dead.
The 2009 tragedy also left about 50,000 people homeless, with the reconstruction of houses and the city's historic centre expected to take at least 10 years.
But local officials are also keen to restore a sense of community to the city.
