Ukraine unrest: 'Chaotic scenes' beside Kiev barricade
The Ukrainian president is holding more talks with opposition leaders, hours after a minister called previous efforts to resolve the unrest "futile".
Earlier on Saturday activists stormed and briefly occupied the first floor of the energy ministry in Kiev.
Steve Rosenberg, behind the barricades in Kiev, says that despite appeals to stop, protesters are continuing to throw missiles, and police are responding with water spray.
