Ukraine clashes: BBC reports from occupied Justice Ministry

The BBC's Matthew Price reports from inside the Ukrainian justice ministry, which has been occupied by anti-government protesters.

The justice minister, Olena Lukash has told local media that she would ask for a state of emergency if the protesters do not leave the building, which they seized late on Sunday.
