Ukraine president 'agrees truce' with opposition

Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych says he has agreed a truce with opposition leaders to end the "bloodshed" of the last two days.

Fires have continued to burn around Independence Square, where demonstrators and riot police have been locked in a tense stand-off.

Daniel Sandford reports from Kiev.
