Protesters 'shot in the eyes'

Dr Olga Bogomolets told BBC Newshour that she had been treating people who had been shot with metal bullets in the protests in Kiev, Ukraine.

As lethal protests continued overnight in Kiev, the level of the violence stretched medical staff.

Roads to the main hospital near the centre are said to have been blocked, which led doctors to set up a makeshift hospital in a cathedral.
