Ukraine clashes: Amateur footage shows fiery centre

Amateur footage has revealed the fiery centre of clashes between Ukraine police and protesters on Tuesday.

Both the security forces and civilians can be seen shielding themselves from missiles, including stun grenades, stones and petrol bombs.

Police have been trying to wrest control of Kiev's Independence Square, also known as the Maidan, which has been in the hands of protesters for several months.
