Ukraine crisis: Stand-off as Crimea parliament seized

Pro-Russian demonstrators have gathered outside two government buildings seized by armed men in Simferopol, the capital of the Russian-majority region of Crimea, in Ukraine.

The BBC's Mark Lowen, in Simferopol, says security forces had cordoned off the area, but demonstrators have now pushed through police lines.
