Ukraine crisis: Inside tent HQ of new 'people's governor' in Luhansk

The BBC's Steve Rosenberg reports from the city of Luhansk in eastern Ukraine, which is on Russia's doorstep. It has seen power change hands several times since the crisis began.

In the latest development, the Kiev-appointed governor was forced to resign, and a ''people's governor'' was installed instead - working from a tent in the city square.
