Ukraine: Crimea welcomes Moscow time amid tensions

Diplomatic efforts to resolve the situation in Ukraine will continue on Sunday when the US Secretary of State, John Kerry meets the Russian Foreign Minister in Paris.

It follows Saturday's festivities in the Crimean capital Simferopol when the clocks were moved forward two hours to align with Moscow time.
