On the ground amid Donetsk protest

Ukraine's interim prime minister has offered to devolve more powers to eastern regions, where pro-Russian separatists are defying the government.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk has been holding talks with regional leaders in Donetsk, where protesters have seized an administrative building.

The BBC's David Stern visited the scene and said there was a "definite undercurrent of tension".
