Brussels gun attack: Foreign minister on scene seconds after shooting

A gunman has opened fire inside the Jewish museum in the Belgian capital, Brussels, killing three people, and seriously injuring a fourth.

The country's foreign minister, Didier Reynders, was one of the first to arrive at the scene.

He told the BBC: "I ran to the museum and I saw two people on the ground... I phoned the emergency services."
