Ukraine crisis: Red Cross briefing on Russian convoy

The Red Cross is holding a news briefing on a second Russian aid convoy heading to Ukraine.

Russia's foreign minister confirmed last week that Moscow was sending the convoy to help with the increasingly "desperate" situation in rebel-held areas.

However, Ukraine did not authorise the first convoy which crossed the border on 25 August, fearing it carried military equipment for pro-Russia separatists.
