Two killed in 150 car pile-up in the Netherlands

A pile-up of around 150 vehicles in the Netherlands has left two people dead and at least 26 people injured.

The accident, which was caused by heavy fog, occurred during rush hour on a busy highway between the southern cities of Goes and Middelburg.

A witness described seeing a sudden wall of mist just before the crash.
