Ukraine crisis: Politician recovering after dumpster stunt

A politician has told Ukrainian TV he needs to recover "morally, physically and psychologically" after being dumped in a rubbish bin.

Footage on Tuesday showed Vitaly Zhuravsky, Economic Development party deputy and former adviser to ousted Ukrainian President Yanukovich, being held down by a mob outside parliament.

Mr Zhuravsky authored a bill in January severely tightening restrictions on anti-government protesters.

The BBC's David Stern explains how the incident unfolded.
