Cyprus police end migrant stand-off aboard cruise ship

Three hundred migrants, thought to be Syrian refugees, have been coaxed off a cruise ship which rescued them.

The stand-off began on Thursday after the migrants were picked up at sea by the cruise ship Salamis Filoxenia.
