Islamic State: Turkey MPs back Iraq-Syria deployment

Turkey has taken a critical step towards military action in Syria and Iraq.

It also allows the government to approve the use of Turkish bases by foreign forces fighting militants from the Islamic State group.

The BBC's Mark Lowen reports from Istanbul.
