European and African ministers discuss migration problem

European and African ministers have been meeting in Rome to discuss ways to deal with heavy migration between the two continents.

The talks came as three boats, containing almost 1000 migrants, had to be rescued in just 48 hours by the Greek and Portuguese navies.
