Charlie Hebdo attack: Hollande calls for vigilance

President Francois Hollande has praised the bravery of the security forces who ended two sieges by Islamist gunmen in the Paris region.

In a televised address to the French people, he described the gunmen as murderers and appealed to members of the public to be vigilant.
