Austrian gay couple kiss ban sparks Cafe Prueckel protest
Around 2,000 people have demonstrated outside a traditional coffee house in Vienna for ejecting a lesbian couple for kissing.
The manager of Cafe Prueckel admitted to an "excessive" reaction but said the couple were removed for "canoodling", rather than because they were gay.
Anastasia Lopez, 26, and Eva Prewein, 19, said they had exchanged what they called a "greeting kiss".
Lucas de Jong reports.
