Ukraine death toll rises ahead of talks in Minsk
The Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko has visited Kramatorsk in eastern Ukraine after a rocket attack killed seven civilians and four Ukrainian soldiers.
In an effort to sign a new ceasefire, Mr Poroshenko and the Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend a summit in Minsk, Belarus aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
The German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, and President Hollande of France are also due to take part.
