Greece delivers details of its economic reform plan

Greece has submitted a list of reforms to its international creditors to try to secure a four month loan extension.

The Greek government wants to get rid of many austerity measures imposed under the bailout programme and has said it can raise billions of euros in revenue by combating tax evasion, corruption and tobacco smuggling.
