Moscow monastery tower engulfed in flames

The bell tower of Novodevichy convent in the Russian capital, Moscow, caught fire on Sunday night.

The fire was concentrated on scaffoldings surrounding the tower, which is under renovation.

It is not clear what caused the blaze.

The convent, built in the 16th Century, is one of the city's main landmarks.
