Ukraine crisis: Reporter injured during OSCE ceasefire visit

Fighting is continuing between government troops and pro-Russian rebels in east Ukraine, despite renewed diplomatic efforts to enforce a truce.

Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France have expressed "grave concern" over the surge in fighting.

Tom Burridge is in the village of Shyrokyne, where a Russian military journalist was seriously injured during a visit to monitor the ceasefire.
