Ukraine rebel leader: 'Kiev could provoke war again'

A senior rebel leader in Eastern Ukraine has told the BBC that a peace deal brokered by the West is only workable if Ukraine's government recognises rebel-held territory in the east as being independent from Ukraine.

Aleksandr Zakharchenko says he wants to expand the territory of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic even further.
