'Paying royalties to Goebbels' estate is immoral'

The publishing company, Random House, is being sued by the estate of Adolf Hitler's propaganda minister, Joseph Goebbels.

The company wants to publish a new biography of Goebbels but is refusing to pay for the use of extracts from his diaries.

Rainer Dresen, general counsel for Random House Germany, said he could not understand why others have paid in the past.
