EU plans to deal with migrant crisis

The European Union's head of foreign affairs, Federica Mogherini, says the EU has finally woken up to the evil of human trafficking.

The European Commission has come up with ten point plan to try to deal with the crisis - including increasing the size of Europe's naval operations in the Mediterranean.

The BBC's Europe Correspondent Chris Morris reports.
