Inuit challenge to EU seal trading ban

Hunting seals used to be a key part of life for the Inuit people in Greenland.

But they claim an EU ban on the sale of seal products, brought in five years ago, has devastated their livelihood because it has wiped out exports of seal fur.

Now they are campaigning for the ban to be overturned at the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
