Tsipras: 'This is not a mandate against Europe'

Results from the Greek referendum show voters have decisively rejected the terms of an international bailout.

Addressing the nation, Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras thanked the Greeks for voting "No" in the referendum and said his priority was to restore the "financial stability of Greece".
