Irish election: Fianna Fáil rejects Fine Gael's offer to form government

Coalition talks to form an Irish government have stalled after Fianna Fáil rejected an offer to form a partnership government with its biggest rival Fine Gael.

The talks between the two largest parties in the Republic of Ireland has divided views, as BBC Newsline's Mark Simpson has been finding out.
