Brawl erupts at Turkish parliament

A new brawl has erupted in Turkey's parliament over proposed changes to the constitution.

Lawmakers at a constitutional commission meeting were discussing a government-backed proposal to remove parliamentary immunity from MPs when the fight broke out.
