French strike prompts RAC to advise motorists to fill up

Many motorists in France are still having trouble finding fuel, as a result of strikes and blockades by French trade unions.

The RAC has advised that people crossing Channel for the half-term holiday should fill their tanks and check their tyre pressure before leaving.
