Paris floods: On the banks of the swollen River Seine

Paris is in emergency mode as floodwaters continue to rise.

Officials in Paris say the River Seine is now 6m higher than usual - its highest level in three decades.

Two of the city's most famous museums have had to close as James Reynolds reports from a bridge in the city centre.
