French police couple killed at their home after 'IS order'

The French President Francois Hollande has called for security across the country to be strengthened, following the murders of two police officials near Paris.

Jessica Schneider and Jean-Baptiste Salvaing were killed by a man who claimed allegiance to the so-called Islamic State group.

He also held their three-year-old child hostage before being killed by police. Authorities say he had a list of other targets.

Paris Correspondent Lucy Williamson reports.
