German youths teach language to Syrians

Teenagers at a school in Cologne are teaching German to Syrian refugees in their spare time.

Germany is struggling to integrate many new refugees after a record 1.1 million migrants arrived last year. Syrians seeking asylum now have to show proficiency in German and the capacity to earn a living.

The BBC's Jamsheda Young went to see how the language classes are going.
