Aboard the MSF search and rescue boat in the Mediterranean Sea

The charity Médecins Sans Frontières says it's worried that governments will harden their policies towards refugees and migrants in response to the recent terror attacks in Europe.

More than 3,000 have died trying to cross the Mediterranean Sea so far this year.

The BBC’s Chris Buckler reports from a search and rescue boat that MSF has been operating between southern Europe and the north coast of Libya.
