Protests against anti-EU leader's visit to Naples turn violent

A protest against the leader of Italy's anti-immigrant Northern League party, Matteo Salvini, has turned violent in Naples.

Riot police fired tear gas and used water cannon against masked groups armed with Molotov cocktails, local media report.
