Frustration for Hugo Chavez over Venezuelan poll

Opponents of the Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez are celebrating gains in the country's parliamentary elections.

They have won more than a third of seats, allowing them to put a brake on the president's socialist agenda.

The poll was seen as a test of Mr Chavez's popularity ahead of presidential elections in 2012.

The BBC's Will Grant reports from Caracas.
