Brazil builds for 2014 World Cup

The BBC's economics editor Stephanie Flanders reports from Sao Paulo on preparations for the 2014 World Cup.

Brazil is to host the 2014 World Cup but there are already worries that preparations are not progressing quickly enough.

A new stadium in Sao Paulo will not be ready for the 2013 Confederations Cup, seen as a World Cup dress rehearsal, and the development of Rio de Janeiro's Maracana stadium is already 30% over its initial budget.

Stephanie Flanders takes a close look at the construction of the New Corinthians Stadium in Sao Paulo which began in May 2011.
